Sessions Bar & Lounge was founded with a simple goal: to create an open, welcoming, and fun gathering place on the Windward side of Oahu. Looking for the best place to see live music or grab a beer in Kailua? You’ve found it!

Today, Sessions Bar and Lounge is proud to host local performers and bands. We’re open 7 days a week, 4pm-12am Sunday-Thursday, and 4pm-2am Friday and Saturday.

Come for a happy hour cocktail and delicious pupus (or a full meal!) from our kitchen, Whiskey Smoke BBQ, before the show — or get your friends together to watch the game this football season on the big screen projector with lounge seating! Most of our events are free, so please stop on by and check out what is going on at Sessions!
